Membership Expectations

Entry gate
- A unique member household four digit code is required to gain entry to the pool
- The code should not be shared outside of the member household
- Each season the member household’s code will be activated when dues are paid

Expectations of Children
- Children 12 and older are allowed at the pool without adult supervision
- Only children 4 years or younger are allowed in the baby pool
- No running on the pool deck
- Children must follow the commands of the lifeguards at all times
- The clubhouse is not intended as a recreation area. Please be mindful of your children’s activity in the clubhouse, including the kitchen area and leaving dirty dishes in the sink. Please keep the refrigerator and freezer closed unless actively using them.

Babysitters
- Only individuals who are 14 years of age or older are allowed to supervise children under 12 without an adult at the pool. Babysitters/caregivers who are not members of NUSC are exempt from guest fees when accompanying children of member households
- Babysitters must be capable of supervising the children entrusted to them
- Children aged 13 or younger are not permitted to supervise younger siblings without an adult present

Guests
- Guests may visit up to three times per season ($5 per person guest fee). Volleyball and lap swimming guests included when the pool is open.
- Out-of-town house guests (those residing outside the metro Atlanta area) are included at no additional cost
- Guest fees are to be prepaid on the website or purchased from concessions.
- Upon arriving to the pool, a member is to check-in their guests in the clubhouse on the designated iPad. This ensures the guest fees are deducted from the member’s account

Clean Up After Yourself/Family:
- Trash on the pool deck and at tables
- Dirty dishes and utensils should never be left in the kitchen sink
- Clubhouse & pavilion
- Bathroom (notify lifeguard of problems)
- Grills & grill tools

Keeping the pool area clean
- Ensure children rinse all sand off when leaving the volleyball court; do not intentionally remove sand from the court
- NO GLASS on the pool area, deck, and volleyball court, including beverage containers and casserole dishes

Adult Swim:
- Adult swim is called on the :45 of each hour, marking a 15 minute period where only the following swimmers are allowed in the pool:
  - Swimmers 18 and older
  - Infants/Toddlers aged 4 and under with a parent or caregiver. One child per adult swimmer during adult swim
- Children not in the pool with an adult caregiver should be completely free of the pool during adult swim

Concessions:
- Concession hours of operation vary by day and staff availability
- Concessions are paid for with pre-paid account credit (available for purchase on our website) or by credit or debit card
- No cash will be accepted
- Concession attendants are to be treated with respect and patience at all times

Volleyball Court
- The volleyball court operates on a first-come, first-served basis unless a volleyball reservation has been made through NUSC.com
- No digging allowed in the volleyball court
- Water is not allowed on the court at any time
