Adult Morning Lap Swimming

Beginning Monday May 25th 2026, NUSC is open for morning adult lap swimming 7 days a week from 6:00a – 7:30a.

Beginning Sunday June 28th 2026, once swim team concludes, adult lap swimming extends from 6:00a – 9:00a.

As a reminder, we prefer you AVOID swimming alone for safety reasons! Bring a buddy, as it is always more fun to work out with friends!

If you would like to be put on the adult lap swimming list, please email board@nusc.com. Gate access will not be granted until this email is sent.
